The 1:4 pay nets me about .2 for the last 11 trips. Pointless and just another thing for the people calculating our checks to screw up. MDG and MLG are easy. There is a reason they are ok with a 4:1 over a four day = 21 hours to MDG of 5 hours = 20. Because 5 would be in our favor.
