"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of expression, or of the press; or of the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for the redress of grievances."
Ray is correct. The Bill of Rights protects the citizens of the United States of America from the government. Not an employer.
RAH can fire employees for "speaking their mind" the government can not imprison it's citizens for doing so.
