So a regional guy trapped at a dying regional with no hope of upgrade for years if ever, should turn down the automatic pay increase by coming to Allegiant. As bad as second year pay is at Allegiant, it's still as much or more than than you will make as a regional captain. Let's not forget the fact that upgrades at many regionals are in the 6 to 8 year range. If regional are so great, why don't you go to one?

Allegiant is no legacy and it has more than it's fair share of problems. Telling guys to stay in the slums they call regionals just makes you sound stupid.
