I agree with you folks the entire system is biased to more or less allow corporations to do what they want while maintaining the barest allowable labor voice to preserve appearances & keep the ghost of Teddy Roosevelt at bay.

My prediction is another couple years of this to get released & at the last minute things actually get done. These guys are experts at this and yes, management will step over a dollar to pick up a a dime, negotiations - wise.

Seen it all before, MG is nothing new I guess a lot of you are too young to remember Bob Crandall, Steve Wolf, etc... but it's a tried-and-true playbook.
