There isn't a company in the world where EVERY employee is happy. There will always be issues and gripes. That has nothing at all to do with being an idiot and shooting yourself in the foot. People need to take responsibility for their ridiculously childish actions and grow up.
I agree 100% but to sit here and say you can't be criticize your company is also ridiculously dumb. Yes there are mature ways of doing it.
