If they keep up the 60/month rate I would say a July CJO is looking at January/February. If they go back to 120/month, you're looking at November or later. I think AK and the crew is being overly optimistic to keep people on the string. Guys are getting multiple offers these days.
I suppose a few have multiple offers. The failed TA has left hiring in perhaps some murky waters. I don't think anyone is being overly optimistic at Dal whether they wait or not. They keep interviewing and if they lose a few to other companies, so be it. Make no mistake though, 4th floor has a big ego.
