1) I wasn't factoring how little the company is willing to invest in the labor story.
2) The CEO hadn't committed to delivering a worse deal.
4) I also wasn't confused that my survey, which put end-to-end, was like a Christmas list, was not achievable in whole. I did prioritize items I wanted, and I think the results of this TA reflect the average priorities, just not enough of an overall value.
In addition, we've now called the company's bluff on the E190's. The only way I was able to justify a yes vote in light of 23.G.5 was the offset of Captain position at $200/hr. Since that's off the table, I want to give additional guidance. I want a voice in discussing the next deal, with the benefit of hindsight, not just refer back to a previous survey.
I ABSOLUTELY want to get polled again, and I'm sure that no-voters also want a chance to say how a deal could be crafted that will work.
What happened to point 3 Sink r8? Was that the point where you didn't understand how much flight pay loss could be had by scamming your fellow pilots on APC?
