Sorry, I don't know if you are a SkyWest pilot or not, but the guys who get to vote should take some time to evaluate the differences. It is definitely not the same proposal. Just for starters:

Shorter term (3 years)
Higher MDG at 4:12
Trip Rig 1:4
PPS Guaranteed value of $5.4M-$6.3M per year
More guaranteed days off (12-13 for reserves now, and 11-12 for lineholders)
FAR 117 pay protections
Slightly higher rate increases (1.5%)

Its a few thousand dollars a year and some improved work rules for the average pilot.

Vote "no" if you like, but get yourself informed and don't believe everything you read on the forums. If this gets voted down, I think us pilots should get really comfortable with the current policy manual, 'cause it's going to be a LONG time before we see round three.
