......and let me restate. This is a problem for the company. Guys are finding the right seat to be so profitable that they aren't moving to the left seat.


Unless they do something, we would have new hires getting AE's to the left seat and I don't think they can do that for insurance purposes.

Maybe, sailing can shed light on that?
