I just want to point out that sometimes we let ourselves become uninformed voters, or one issue voters, or emotional voters (vote no because Crew Support turned down our last vacation request), and we end up turning down a good deal when it stares us in the face.

I'm glad the first one was rejected. It gave us a chance to fix a lot of stuff. But NO deal is going to be perfect. Waiting for the perfect deal is like waiting for the perfect wave. It's much more fun to surf on the good waves while you are waiting.

Sometimes a "better" deal comes along quickly..... and sometimes it doesn't. I'm not so sure a round three deal would come along quickly enough to make up for months (or years) of lost pay, work rules, profit sharing, per diem.

Lots of guys were ****ed last time and voted NO just to vent some frustration with schedules and and general stagnation at the regionals. I expect that a majority of our pilots will pragmatically look at the benefits of this deal and vote yes this time around.
