We may be able to get them in the door, but we can't keep them around. Maybe they are hoping the $36 per hour will allow them to get better quality with the quantity. In the first 10 days of July, we lost 10 people out of training. So it's awesome that we are still able to fill our classes, but it would be nice if we were able to get more than 80-85% on the line.

Plus there is no doubt in my mind that we have already secured some flying that will be announced shortly after the pay package is approved. My only hope is that we give SGU one more chance to make a better offer.
