nice try, newbie. No one is talking about logbook discrepancies on the ground or looking the other way and (knowingly) taking an unsafe aircraft. I have yet to fly with anyone willing (or stupid enough) to do such a thing. What him and everyone else are talking about are the in-flight issues/emergencies...smoke in the cabin/cockpit, loss of radar, engine "issues", etc. These things are happening after the aircraft becomes airborne. You keep suggesting people are (knowingly) taking unsafe aircraft... I'm not sure why you're having such a difficult time understanding the difference between the two?? 😏
