If they want to keep the airline anywhere near the same size it is right now SGU needs to hire as many people as possible. The rolling limitations and attrition will start hitting hard early next year.

I'm not dumb enough to think we have any real leverage. However, I do believe the company needs go get people in the door STAT.
All I was saying was, the staffing on the 175 seems to me to be better than the CRJs. I also wouldnt think its anything other than common knowledge that there will be less 50-70 seat aircraft flying from here out and more of the 76 seat variety replacing them.
