Not sure if you looked into it, but most 135 time doesn't count towards the requirement. Assuming you know 135.243.a.1 but I've seen a lot of people at my airline who think they are good to upgrade and then are unpleasantly surprised after being awarded an upgrade. We had to change our upgrade policy because so many people messed this up.
