And I'll tell you what will happen in three years. Will get another ****ty pay package 6-9 months after this one expires.
People we're saying if we voted down the first package we wouldn't see another one for a long time either.
This one will pass though. They only need 50% +1. Anything more and management will feel they gave away too much. They aren't going to make a large majority happy.
And regardless of what happens with pay we will be a smaller airline in 5 years.
