MCO was not available for us. A few want MCO, but it may be a few months before we can get it. As far as seniority, I think it is middle of the road. Not too many uber-senior folks, and obviously, no new hires. However, someone who has time to analyze the seniority list will need to chime in to be certain. I think I overheard someone mention that December hires are the most junior MCO awards.
I actually noticed on the vacancy that just closed this week, there was a June hire that got MCO. I think there will be one more vacancy bid this year for 12 more MCO spots, and that will get us to 50. Second sentence is just my guess though.
