At least for AE, it all depends on where you say your permanent address is. If you use a Portland OR address then thats where they will take taxes for. If you send out your resume with 100hrs today, then you might get interview offers 2 weeks from now. As long as you can show up to the interview with 100hrs multi then it isnt a problem.
That is not entirely true. When I interviewed a girl got dismissed right away because of "logbook" issues. Turns out that when she
applied she said she had 100 multi (the mins) but it turns out she was actually a few hours short but did get the 100 by the time she
interviewed. The application just had a checkbox that said "Do you have at least 100 hours in multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft? Yes/No" so she basically lied on her application, which is almost always disqualifying. Bottom line is this: Don't say you have 100 hours multi if you don't. If you have 96 hours, say you have 96 hours. 2 weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things and would definitely be worth waiting if it means the difference between your dream job and being disqualified from your dream job.
