I don't get it. The NC was in preliminary talks with the company and is holding fast on key issues, based on the results of our surveys, until official Section 6 negotiations begin. Why should the NC Chair be thrown out for refusing to allow a sub-standard early TA that would not be ratified by the membership? Seems like the NC are doing what they are supposed to be doing, to me.
