The other way is to get your 4 year degree and join the military to get your flight training.
It's even more important to not have any infractions with the law, but a military career is about a lot more than flying, and is the most assured way to get the best training, and then move on to flying for a major airline.
I would also explore the Guard and Reserve, but before you do any if this, get your 4 year degree and get good grades.
