Yeah, I mean I'm not even trying to jump into that argument I was just curious about what everyone else is getting, but yes. If you want to ever see home you better move to base.

I make more $$$$ here at G4 sure, but my schedule is much worse and I work way harder. I had more days off (blocks of days off) at my prior regional. I used bid to in the top 40%in base at my prior job and could easily get 6-8 off in a row OR weekends. Here I bid in the top 20% most months, I rarely get more than 3 off in a row and the occasional weekend IF I'm lucky.

This also isn't including the fights with scheduling when they try to junior man me...ugh.
