You are only predicting a 6 year flow at Envoy. There currently is not one pilot on the property that has flowed in six years. Today, Envoy is flowing hires from 1999. That's a 16 year flow currently.
I'm sure you will agree and it was probably just an oversight on your part, but people need to be armed with current and accurate information, right?

currently pilots who have been on property for 16 years ar flowing. AA has only been hiring for roughly 6-7 of those 16 years.
saying its a 16 year flow is misleading at best, like most of your posts.
9-11 killed hiring and initiated the lost decade. The mainline retirements over the next decade should keep the flow running pretty much as they've planned. sorry to burst your bubble.
you also had AMR running the show back then who fought tooth and nail to send as few as possible for any reason they could think of; as opposed to AAG who has sent 68% this year alone even though they're only required to send 50%. Over 500 now since 2013 have gone to AA from Envoy.
Want to talk bad about Envoy, talk about our crappy management that has made work life here probably the worst in the FFD industry.... but don't talk crap about a flow that for the past 5 years is actually working better than agreed.
