CDFA is the California Department of Agriculture, she has to inspect fedex and ups planes to search for a bug called the Japanese beetle which could wreak havoc on our crops if spread from the east coast to the west coast. From this she talks to a lot of UPS and FedEx pilots because it's part of her job. However, I agree Hucks points were excellent and I would definitely follow those first. I have been doing research and now see that UPS furloughs and has been doing it lately. thanks for the reply
