Also the way they call your name out in front of everyone and say you did not get the job was embarrassing. The chief pilot was cold, numb, and about as boring as it gets. The 7 minute scenario was a communication exercise I get that, but the scenario was not realistic with tornadoes, bad weather everywhere, problems in the back.
The others that did not get the job all left angry. I left in disbelief. I thought the interview went well. Maybe they thought I would leave because I didn't have my heart in it. I just wanted out of the regional hell. So so so glad I didn't get the job because NK called me right after. The interview experience was much better. I'm really happy at NK and it is where I really want to be anyways. If you get an interview at NK they say we will hire you all, it is your job to lose. Doesn't that seem like a company who knows how to put you in a good mood for the start of an interview?

Your screen name is quite revealing - the process works.

Congratulations on your job.
