For our sanity, FedEx should make that order contingent on moving the lav. I know plenty of people who don't want to fly the 767 because of the poor layout.

It may seem like a little thing, but crew happiness and goodwill goes a long way towards making the freight move on time. This poor layout will be with us for decades. Also, by changing the layout, they will be able to get more Jumpseats on the plane. This will pay dividends for the corporation over the long run (and probably even pay for the lav move) by having less people call in sick! I already know of a few instances where crewmembers who couldn't get a Jumpseat developed a cold.
