For those asking about the cleared to train email, I think it's a bit irrelevant. My 12/9/14 class was composed of mostly late Oct/early Nov CJOs. We all received this email after we started class. In my experience, it's a bit of a formality and means nothing with regards to your class date.

I imagine it makes the CJO more like a JO, since all background screening is complete, which was the conditional part of the CJO, correct?
