Gojet is not giving new hire 700 typed guys a 15,000 signing bonus. I assume they are being hired as captains or will soon be.

I guess that makes the new hire captain the highest paid captain at Gojet! I guess you could quit and get hired back as a captain and overall increase your pay!

Nobody should complain because the union allows the bonuses.
