The union or his attorney. He has recourses and nothing to lose now. He should pursue all avenues with absolute prejudice. This company deserves a good shellacking. An American Eagle captain in 1996 was fired for turning back his airplane to dfw. He won 10 million by a jury of his peers in Dallas of all places. Sounds very similar to this case.
