I absolutely do not think it is unreasonable, unlikely, but not unreasonable. I think the NC is thinking along the same lines. The company IS being completely unreasonable by not even entertaining the idea of negotiating any backpay. In this environment??? They aren't in control anymore and they are crying like little b!tches because of it.
