Until the most recent order was announced, we were getting 14 new planes and returning 10. Now, we are getting 16 and returning 10.

2016 will see a net gain of 6 airplanes.

A few months of no hiring seems pretty reasonable. Although now they will need to staff the two additional airplanes, it might just be a 4 month break instead of 5. Looking further into the future, we have 101 airplanes on order, so there will be a ton of hiring and upgrades. Don't let a short break in hiring get you down.
