I have been through multiple airline, corporate and other training programs in my history. I never looked at one thing prior to showing up day one and this was the easiest training I ever did. Not because they just push you through. It is because the program is set up the correct way. They know what they are doing. Relax and enjoy your ne t few weeks of freedom. Come here ready to work. $$$by the way, yes we will be actually negative aircraft early next year. We return more aircraft early 2016 than we replace. Not for long. Only about two to three months. Than we will be accepting a large amount for the rest of the year being 10 or more airframes positive. Slowdown will only last a very short time, if at all. Orders always change and the company is definitely looking for more aircraft still. I would be shocked if the slowdown is extremely short to never actually happening. Time will tell.
