I didn't read all of it, because I do have a life, but there are plenty of contradictions just on the first page. Like where it says something about unadvertised hidden fees and then goes on to say you can find the fees published on the Spirit website.
This is either a disgruntled customer spewing or it is Spirit's own IT department subscribing to the "all press is good press" theory.
