Went up to STL yesterday for an interview -- really was not expecting to be offered a position but was given a September class date. Now I have to decide what to do... I haven't heard much about the company so I'm throwing it out to you guys... what do you think about this company? They told me upgrade time would be about a year or so to become a captain... sounds pretty enticing, are they just blowing smoke or is this true?

What about commuting? TSA has no commuter policy so I'm free to commute (probably would be commuting from BNA or MEM) but if I don't make it I'll get fired apparently. I'm new to this airline thing so how exactly does commuting work? The CASS system? CASS is a totally foreign idea for me...
