Enough of this tomfoolery...we aren't here to argue over meaningless vitriol.

I hope there is language in the new TA that concerns scheduling and reserve buffers. It seems they just arbitrarily set a number at random times. For instance this month when SAP opened it was showing the buffer for PHX FOs for 12 then it went up to 20 at some point that afternoon. Maybe I'm missing something but it would be nice if there were hard rules about this to hold scheduling accountable over.

Somebody correct me if I'm missing something here.
