It is a crappy airline, with scumsucking management, but a great bunch of pilots, at least while I was there. If you can get hired by a different regional soon- go to the other regional. If you can't, go to the original TSA and get just enough experience to go to a better regional as fast as you can. Almost all the regionals are hurting for pilots and most have (or will soon have) fairly short upgrade times. Management WILL screw you there if you are there long enough- do your best to get out quick if you take the job. There are many who have taken the job in the recent past and then gone to better places ASAP. Don't feel guilty about hosing TSA. I still don't think they have a training contract, but if they do- do not take the job. Good luck.
