Especially if the person never got a job at any of the airlines he was applying for. Either way, biggest scam I have ever seen done to fellow pilots that just want to make a better living for themselves. Everybody is greedy these days.
If you want to sue them because the majors have outsourced their online application system to a company which charges a fee to the applicant you probably don't have a case.
