Currently, Atlas is a 5.5 year upgrade to 747 capt and less than that for 767. Pay is decent. Probably biggest downside is possibly being gone 17 days from home in a row. An upside is company buys you an airline ticket (if you want) for your commute.
About 20% of classes are regional guys with no TPIC.
