We have got some real nut cases here at Spirit. High as well as low on the list. I wouldn't doubt his sincerity for a moment. Some people are actually buying into this so called business model.
You have to admit that it IS a successful business model:
1. Outsource all non-union employees.
2. Delay and drag-out union contract negotiations for years.
3. Blame all operational meltdowns on weather.
4. Profit!
