Relief up front was suggested. Bendo suggested paying for FPL for trip drops.... uhhh NO. We weren't going to take a sell out to you guys. His suggestion. Not ours. We declined and as a group did not reach an agreement on what to require up front. We were advised by our contract administration to seek it post injury. I have suggested vacation banks be credited enough to be able to drop some trips or sell it back as cash, on top of what is yielded from the NCCs. We shall see. We couldn't make a demand that none of us agreed with. And I for one will not be supporting any relief ever again. It was a mistake. Fool me once.
