The real problem is maintenance. Without a hanger and well staffed mechanics it has been difficult. As soon as they have the maintenance piece in place things will run much like the other bases. Ground handling has been much better though, and with the addition of more gates less planes will sit and wait to be parked.
Good info. This is what I was getting at. The Mesa planes and maintenance staffing are having issues. It's not rampers and agents causing multi hour delays and cancellations.
