The difference between Mesa and Xjet is that they awarded MESA flying to Envoy in the summer. We only covered some flights for Xjet, no as much as we are covering for Mesa.

Mesa is growing too fast for the amount of pilots out there. Look at RAH imploding now after several RFP awards, they where growing slowly compared to Mesa.

It's just a matter of time. Once the fast upgrade illusion is gone at Mesa, it will happen the same its happening to RAH. PSA is in another though spot with a huge training bubble, can't keep up with the growing.
