Why are we increasing OE hours? Is this another chance to steal money from those in OE? Upgrades should be paid captain pay the day they start class. FOs should never see training pay.
I would expect any recommendations for increased OE time come from our instructors who are very good at what they do. We must be seeing a few more guys needing some extra time out here on OE.
