If AA wants to hire 80 in a month, Envoy is only required to send 30, not 40 because 30 is lower than the 50%.
You can explain this as much as you want and pilots won't get it. Lol
If they hire 80 new hires we get 50% which is 40. The company may withhold to 30.
So far we've sent 68% for the year.
This class we sent 100% of new hire positions.
