I certainly don't have a problem with 35hrs for CA OE, but 35 for an F/O does kind of seen a bit excessive
When I did new hire OE, my 25 hrs went in 6 flights over 2 weeks. I did 1 PM flight and did 5 PF. Got 5 landings, and when I was released to the line, I was rusty on the PNF stuff. I know it's different now, but maybe a few more legs of PNF would be good for new FO's?
