Back to Air Wisconsin. Last I checked they're still interviewing and hiring. At this point, a new hire can get any base they want. Maybe not right away, but it won't take long. My only advice would be if one wants ORF, I suggest moving there because many of those ORF lines are non commutable on both ends. The good thing about being on RSV in ORF is once they send you out, you will more likely stay out. Not a bad deal if you choose to commute as it eliminates needs for a lot of hotels and crash pads
Yes we are hiring...and will be...we are not losing a bunch of people and we don't need tons to staff our airplanes...so we do need a somewhat steady supply to keep up with attrition.
It is rare for someone, who has passed our training, to leave for a another regional...mostly it has been those who are moving up to the next level.
