Our management has told us they are experimenting with our lines and staffing to show AAG that we have the warm bodies for additional block hours. Yet when the lines are published we get all 4 day trips, less than guarantee and 11 day off lines. They need to fix the lies not lie more.
I will say however, we will be hearing soon about several thousand more block hours from AAG for September from others who cannot staff it.
I understand, it just seems like they would hesitate paying half the guys over guarantee if the other half aren't even flying half of guarantee. Sounds like they leveled everybody until the E jets show and they need them, more than a cultural change, hopefully.
