And people wonder why the upgrade time here is long...can't upgrade without FOs to fill the spots. A lot of posts on here scare potential new hires. It's not a bad place to work as far as work rules are concerne . Especially compared to other regionals. No one gets paid what they deserve at any regional (save for PSA and the like since they voted to set back pilot pay a couple decades) The more new hires we get the better off everyone will be, including the new hires.
