If you want to be a lifer here, then yes, this company is probably a good choice for the long term. HOWEVER, if you want to be at a regional for the LEAST time possible to move on to a major, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. This airline is stagnant. It has a pretty good contract considering, and we refuse to vote in anything worse, which is good for the long term. So if you're old or looking for a career regional, then yes, come here!!!
