So you proved my point. Pilots in class for an aircraft that isn't even on property? And a sim that isn't "ready" yet. And a program that isn't certified yet. I am happy for PDT pilots that they have something to look forward to, but I see some serious headaches on the horizon, especially with the Feds breathing down your necks.
No one is in class for the 145 yet, except check airmen. New hires will not be training in the 145 for the foreseeable future. The sim is just a CAE sim in Dallas. We don't start revenue service on the 145 until February so there's time.
