If RAH's capacity opened up it create some capacity, but even with cutbacks they still need to hire and train all they can to not lose even more capacity. Heck, Envoy's initial cadre just finished training - they aren't close to being up to speed to stand up airframes faster than planned.
I don't know about the others, but I'd guess the story is similar.
Not trying to be a jerk, but I did say 700's and not 175's. My point is that the lift would be replaced.
