There is no contract, negotiations are on going. Even if you are assigned a regular base, you can still be involuntarily TDY'd anywhere, for any amount of time from days to months to more than a year.

A couple years ago, I flew with someone who was on their 22nd month of TDY, straight. He was on the verge of quitting because he couldn't take the TDY any longer.
